4 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup Stevia
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Oat Flour
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 cup Liquid Egg Substitute
4 Bananas

Banana Bread Protein Muffin Directions

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2) Grease Texas sized muffin tins
3) Mix first 6 ingredients in one bowl
4) Mix last 3 ingredients in ANOTHER bowl
5) Now, add wet and dry ingredients together andmix well
6) Fill muffin tins about 2/3 way fill
7) Cook for approx 16-18 mins
