As bodybuilders, we love our casein protein, but let’s face it. It could use some help. I pretty much mix my casein each night with water. For the most part, I like to keep it easy as I want to keep it low carb and low calorie at night. Every once in a while though, I like to mix it up (literally) and this casein pumpkin custard recipe is simple. If you do not mind a few carbs at night every once in a while, this is a great recipe.
Casein Pumpkin Custard Ingredients
2 scoops Vanilla Casein
2 cups 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 tbsp Imitation Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1 cup Water
Casein Pumpkin Custard Directions
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
