The classic taste of banana paired with chocolate is always nice especially as a protein-rich smoothie. I have to admit that most of my post-workout shakes include a banana with chocolate powder. The banana helps get that insulin spike crucial to adding muscle and we all know the benefits of the protein.
For this recipe, you can use 30 grams of whey protein powder or even double it (as I normally do). For some people though, 38 grams of protein is plenty for one sitting.

1 cup water
1/2 cup skim milk
one and a half frozen bananas
2 tbsp organic maple syrup
30 grams chocolate whey protein powder

0.5 g fat
