1 container Low Fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Frozen Berries
1/4 cup Water

Chocolate Berry Parfait Instructions

Blend the yogurt, protein and water.
Spoon half of mixture into a glass.
Blend berries until pureed.
Spread on top of protein mixture.
Top with remaining protein mixture.
