Everyone loves peanut butter, right? I use peanut butter as a cheat snack, or when I could use a little extra fat in the diet. For those times, I love these no-bake peanut butter cookies. As the title says, there is no baking required, so it does not get any simpler than this.
No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Ingredients
1 cup chocolate or vanilla whey protein
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup organic quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup raw honey
No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Directions
Combine whey, peanut butter, oats and honey in medium bowl.
Mix until it gets thick enough for molding.
Shape into balls the size of a tablespoon.
Lightly flatten each so that it takes the shape of a cookie (makes about 24).
