Peanut Brittle Protein Shake

Who does not love peanut butter? I am a sucker for it and probably indulge in it too often, but it is a great food for you assuming that you use the natural peanut butter variety. This peanut brittle protein shake satisfies that peanut butter urge as well as that sweet tooth. I highly suggest using chunky natural peanut butter to give it a more distinctive peanut brittle chunkiness.

Peanut Brittle Protein Shake Ingredients:

8 oz. Fat-free Milk
2 tbs. Instant Sugar-free Butterscotch Pudding Mix (Dry)
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tbs. Natural Peanut Butter

Instructions:

Add all ingredients together and shake in a blender bottle or blend in blender until smooth.

370 calories
50 gr. protein
12 gr. carbs
10 gr. total fat (2.5 g sat. fat)
