This oats & honey protein bar recipe will satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth because of the addition of honey. As far as protein bar recipes go, this one is pretty simple. Prep time is a few minutes minutes while cooking time is only 12 minutes. Be warned that you may eat all of these in the same amount of time though. They are good.
Oats & Honey Protein Bar Ingredients:
1. Mix egg whites and whey protein powder in a large bowl
2. Add honey and olive oil and mix
3. Add the oats and mix
4. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
4. Spray glass cooking pan with non-stick cooking spray
5. Add mixture to the sheet
6. Put in oven for 12 mins.
