Protein Popsicle

Here is a protein recipe for a guilt-free dessert that lets you hit your macros and perhaps even satisfy that sweet tooth.

Protein Popsicle Ingredients

1/2 cup Liquid Egg Whites
1/2 cup Water
1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
1 1/2 tablespoons Chocolate Syrup (Low-Carb)
2 Popsicle Molds

Protein Popsicle Directions

You can either blend all of these items together or simply shake them up in a shaker bottle until mixed well.
Our the blended mixture into popsicle molds.
Freeze completely.

    I had no idea that you could use whey protein to make popsicles! During the summer, I have a really hard time staying away from desserts, such as ice cream, and so I’m really glad that you posted this recipe. These popsicles sound so good that I definitely think they’ll help me to replace my ice cream addiction.
